I had a vision of rooms in a house.  The corners of the rooms were full of boxes and things, all piled on one another that made the rooms seem darker and smaller than they should have been. As I looked at these messy rooms the Lord immediately said to me:

Get your house in order.  A new season is upon you and it’s time to clean out your house.  You are to make way for the new and clear out the old.

Why are you holding on to the things of the past?  Why are you storing up things you don’t need?  Don’t you know the past is worthless to you?  I AM your future.  How can you receive from Me when your house is cluttered?  Stop holding onto what you don’t need any more.    Clear out your house.  Allow the light to come in and make the dark places bright.  You can’t move forward into a new while you are storing up all the things of the past.

Be diligent and start.  Now is the time to get your house in order.  Start and don’t delay for I tell you that a new season is upon you and it will not tarry.   It will come in a flash, in a moment and it will be here.  You need to be ready and not weighed down with the things of old.

Open the boxes that store the past and let them go, for I want to see your house clean. I want to see your heart ready to receive all I have for you.  Now let us sit together and talk   I know the times have been hard and I know the past season has been tiring.  And I know the thoughts of despair you’ve had and burdens you’ve carried.  I know all these things and now I am telling you, let go.  Let go and be ready for the new season.

I tell you these things so that you are prepared. Ready to walk forward, clothed in peace, strengthened with My love and sure of My word.  I have not forgotten you and I have never left you.  You can’t see Me when you stand in the dust of yesterday.  Clean out your house and start now.  The new season is coming and it will not delay.

Isaiah 38:1c Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order:

Phil 3:13, Brethen I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before.

Thank you and God bless y and your family again in Jesus Name. God shows us certian things in our life that we need to let go and leave alone for our own good. You are so right somethings that we try to hold onto keeps us in darkness and sometimes depression and bind us in fleshly and worldly where we feel stuck and cant move forward, that is not how God wanted His children to live their life. But to live free in Jesus with Godly wisdom and love and have the strength to move towards His light and love and be filled with His Holy Spirit our helper. Our God is truly a keeper of all things. God bless you and thank you for another wake up call.

  2. Really great post! I have been going through a tough time this past week trying to accept and let go someone that God has confirmed to me that I should not be with. It’s so hard and I’ve been sad all this week trying to accept and move forward. I have told this person before that we shouldn’t be together out of in impulse decision I prayed on it and never got an answer so I took it upon myself to make the derision it was not the right time to tell Him then. We are still friends and he has even told me he was thinking about marriage before I told him let be friends. We are still only friends at this point, and I’m trying to let go, but every time I think about telling Him it breaks my heart I don’t want to lose my friend. This will make the third time telling Him and this time God says no to being in a relationship or marriage with Him. I know God has my best interest at heart, but it’s hard because i have to give up someone I love because it’s not in God’s will that we be together. 😦 Thanks for sharing this!

      Hi Shudiara

I fully understand what you are going through. When you get a moment, I want you to read my story about the Lord telling me to let my fiance” go. It’s entitled “DEAD WEIGHT”. I’m not saying that the man you are in a relationship with is “dead weight’, but I believe once you read the story you will understand why. I have provided the link to the story below:

I will be praying that the Lord will speak clearly to your heart as you read this story, and that He will give you the strength and wisdom to get through it.

      Be blessed,
      Minister Shearon
