This year my family started a PTL Jar. If you don’t have one, it’s time that you do. What is a PTL Jar? It’s a jar to help us remember each time the Lord blessed us and caused us to say, “Praise the Lord!” or “Thank You Jesus!”

Yes, I know the Lord blesses us every day, but the PTL Jar is different. The PTL Jar will be filled With those “only the Lord could have done this” blessings. Then on December 31st, we will read our blessings, and reflect on the many times the Lord proved to us that He did exceeding abundantly above all that we could ask or think.

The PTL Jar will help us to remember:

  • The Red Seas He parted, when we thought the enemy would overtake us.
  • The Jericho Walls He knocked down, when we couldn’t see a way around them.
  • The river He made in our desert when everything around us was dry.
  • The mountains He moved when man said it couldn’t be done, and so much more.

I know on December 31st; we will be so amazed at what the Lord did for us, that we won’t be able to keep it to ourselves.

Now, let’s get started counting our blessings, and filling our “Praise The Lord” jars.  I look forward to hearing about all the amazing things the Lord did for you.

Psalm 103:1-2  Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

Eph. 3:20  Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
